2. Free Plan
ReuseMe.ai offers a free plan with limited features. You can use the free plan indefinitely without any charges. Premium features require a paid subscription.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not provide a refund for the current billing period, but you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current subscription period.

• iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > ReuseMe.ai > Cancel Subscription
• Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > ReuseMe.ai > Cancel

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
• Technical issues that prevent you from using core app features
• Billing errors or unauthorized charges
• Accidental purchases within 48 hours of subscription
• Service outages lasting more than 7 consecutive days

Refund processing times depend on the app store:

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method
7. What's Not Eligible
The following situations are typically not eligible for refunds:
• Change of mind after using the service
• Failure to cancel before automatic renewal
• Inability to access the app due to device issues
• Dissatisfaction with AI suggestions (subjective preferences)
• Account suspension due to terms of service violations
8. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. When you cancel, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
